Edging To Build A Bigger Penis

Edging is when you stimulate yourself almost to ejaculation and stop or delay for as long as possible. It’s just getting as close to orgasm, the point you know if you did a few more strokes you would ejaculate.

Edging has a number of benefits. One is that it helps you delay orgasm by becoming accustomed to the “Edge”. Another is that it gets you to 100% erection, which is good for girth exercises. Edging may release more of the chemicals cAMP and cGMP - which increase blood to the penis.

Whenever I do this, I try to get myself as close to the edge as possible before stopping. Then I will start an exercise, a squeeze technique variation is the best. I like to do this a few time during each workout. One good thing about doing this is that when you finally let yourself finish, it’s much much more intense.

Cycling penis enlargement pills

But how long should you continue using the penis pills? And after you are satisfied with your progress should you stop? Here are some brief considerations:
 
Continue to use the pills at full dose until you have reached a size you are happy with. Full dose one pill a day.

When your happy with your gains, cut down to one pill every other day  and use the maintanence routine. If your erections stay strong and size increases remain after a few weeks, you can decide to stay at this dose or reduce even more.

If you reduce penis pill dosage more, try every third day or some similar combination. Continue experimenting until you reached the lowest dose that still gives you satisfactory results.

No matter what penis pill dosage level you decide on, every two months take a full week or two off of the penis pills completely. This will help your body avoid building any tolerances to the pills.

Glans (penis head) enlargement:

Enlarging the head (glans) of your penis may prove to be more difficult than the shaft. For some men the shaft enlarges much faster. If you want to try for extra growth at the head of your penis try this exercise.

Perform the squeeze. As one hand is holding pressure near the base use the other hand and do a jelq up the exposed shaft. Just encircle the shaft with the free hand in the OK position in front of the hand already encircling the base and milk towards the head.

When your milk movement is almost to the head stop but do not release pressure. Now you should be able to perform a squeeze technique that will concentrate only on the head. For this to work you must move the blood supply forward toward the head with your milk so that adequate pressure can be applied

Q: Can I get bigger from pills alone?

A: For the average person using the best penis supplement (see my recommended products), you can expect harder erections, increase in desire for sex and maybe some small gains in size. Small being anywhere from 5% t0 15% total volume increases.

Using Testoserone and an Extender

Penis Cover For Circumcised Men

Have you been circumcised? Did you know that when your foreskin
was removed, your penis health was compromised? It’s true!

The foreskin has a huge network of nerves that add sensation during arousal. When it’s cut off you lose those nerves and the sensations. Another important function of the foreskin is to protect the sensitive penile glans and keep it sensitive to stimulation.

Cut some thin Velcro strips with sticky back to use as fasteners if needed. If you wear briefs type underwear this won’t even be necessary. Then simply slip it on and go about your business.

So far I am pleased with this device. I have been hanging bigger because of the soft silk protection. Try it out for yourself!

A Look At Your Future Penis Size
